Chef Eric has truly perfected his art. His expertise spans the culinary spectrum from international cuisine, to steak and potatoes, to award-winning baking. Now, he is ready to bring his unique blend of skills to you at an affordable price in the comfort of your own home.

The chef will first plan a menu with you. It can include not only the entrées and side dishes from his mouth-watering selections, but also favorite family dishes you rarely have time to prepare.

He takes the time to shop for the finest and freshest ingredients. If you like organic or specialty foods, those can be included on the shopping list as well.

Your personal chef then prepares the meals in your kitchen using classic cooking techniques that enhance the flavors and retain nutrients. After the food is prepared, the chef packages and stores the meals in your freezer. You are provided with easy, detailed heating instructions. At the end of the day, your kitchen is thoroughly cleaned. All that remains is the aroma of Chef Eric's masterful cooking.

Chef Eric's professional training in nutrition has equipped him with the ability to prepare savory, appetizing food for a variety of special diets. He is happy to accommodate menu requests for heart-healthy entrées, diabetic diets, low sodium and/or low fat diets, and modifications of recipes for food allergies.

The standard service is designed for two people every two weeks. Chef Eric schedules a day that is convenient for you. He also uses his own utensils so there isn't any worry about having a wok for that perfect stir-fry!

The professional fee for a two-week service for two people (five entrées and sides, four servings each) is $300, plus the cost of groceries and storage containers. This service is adjustable based on your needs and family size. You have the ability to add or subtract entrées or to choose extra sides, rolls or bread, and desserts.
