Eric Christen, CC, CPC, has developed his passion for cooking and entertaining into a second career as a culinary and pastry chef. After leaving his first career in clinical laboratory medicine, he attended Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky, and graduated summa cum laude with degrees in both Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts.

Since his graduation from Sullivan, Chef Eric has gained a wide range of experience in the food industry. He has been a banquet chef in a trendy country club, a private chef for the CEO of a Fortune 500 company, and the executive pastry chef for an upscale banquet hall. Now, he brings his wealth of culinary knowledge to your kitchen as chef/owner of Chef Eric's Custom Cuisine.
